Buttock augmentation is a highly requested surgery. It should always be performed by a Plastic Surgeon and the only options are fat transfer, buttock implants, or a combination of both.

When a patient does not have enough fat in their body to undergo a fat transfer buttock augmentation (BBL), the only option is to place implants similar to those we use to augment the breasts.

We make an incision between the buttocks and place the implants within the gluteus maximus muscle. It is performed under general anesthesia and can be outpatient.
