BUTTOCKING WITH LIPOTRANSFERENCE (BBL)
One of the procedures most requested by patients is buttock augmentation, which must be done with fat transfer and never with biopolymers, since they are prohibited due to the risks they imply for health.
Therefore, buttock augmentation requires fat that we obtain from the patient himself, to whom we perform liposuction and that fat is transferred to the buttocks.
We decant the fat to separate the living fat cells from the rest of the components that we extract with liposuction, and then we inject them through a cannula, in order to improve the size and shape of the buttock. 70% to 80% of the grafted fat remains and the rest is reabsorbed, so we inject a little more, so that the results are satisfactory.

Buttock augmentation is always done in the operating room and under general anesthesia. The patient may go home the same day or require a day of hospitalization. The results are permanent.
